As we have reached the maximum number that our resolution allows under 41.1 of the Judges’ Act, any further requests will need to be submitted for approval and reimbursement under section 41.2.

CIAJ MEMBERSHIP
The membership fee is recoverable by federally-appointed judges under section 27.1 of the Judges Act. It may also be possible for provincially-appointed judges and others to be reimbursed through professional allowances from their organizations.
