Saturday, May 9, 2026
7:30 a.m. – Site opens, runners arrive, and equipment is distributed
8:30 a.m. – Welcome speech, speeches, and testimonials
8:50 a.m. – Photos taken of all participants
8:55 a.m. – Warm-up
9:00 a.m. – Race starts
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – Massage therapy by Source En Soi
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.: Entertainment: Wheel of fortune, games for children, climbing wall, and more!
11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Face painting for children
11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Food by Alpha Barbecue ($)
3 p.m. – End of the 6-Hour Heart Run and announcement of the amount raised, award ceremony, and photo opportunity
Mascots, promotional merchandise sales, door prize draws, children's games, firefighters, and more will be available.

Friday, May 22, 2026:
2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., inside the Outdoor Recreation Center chalet – avoid the wait and come pick up your race bib.
Saturday, May 23, 2026:
7:30 a.m. – site opens, runners arrive and equipment is distributed (limited capacity, arrive early!)
8:30 a.m. – welcome speech, speeches and testimonials
8:50 a.m. – photos taken of all participants
8:55 a.m. – warm-up
9 a.m. – start of the race
9 a.m. to 3 p.m. – massage therapy by Kinatex
9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Wheel of fortune, children's games, climbing wall, and more!
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Face painting for children
3 p.m.: End of 6 H En Cœur and announcement of the amount raised, award ceremony, and photo opportunity
