REGISTRATION

Why 6 hours of skiing, snowboarding and alpine touring? 

Our activity is symbolic and in solidarity with all children with heart disease and their families, as open-heart surgery can last an average of 6 hours for children with heart disease.

What is the registration fee?

Downhill skiing and snowboarding rate, including lift ticket, En Coeur scarf and access to the après-ski area. 

 

  • Adult NON-MEMBER OF MONT SUTTON: $110 pre-sale rate (before December 31) REGULAR rate: $120 
  • Adult MONT SUTTON MEMBER: REGULAR RATE: $50 
  • Child NON-MEMBER OF MONT SUTTON: $50 pre-sale rate (before December 31st) | REGULAR rate: $55 
  • Child MEMBER OF MONT SUTTON: REGULAR FEE: $25 

Ski touring rate includes admission ticket, En Cœur scarf and après-ski:

  • Adult: $45 pre-sale rate (before December 31) | REGULAR: $55

 Plein Air Sutton rate, including ticket for the hike, a tubular scarf bearing the effigy of En Coeur and access to the après-ski. 

  • Adult : $25 presale rate | REGULAR : $30 
  • Children: free 


Suggested fundraising of $300 per participant and $1,000 per team.

Is registration free for children?
No. For downhill skiing and snowboarding, the fee is $55.
For touring (children on sleds) and Plein Air, it's free. 

If one or more members of my team withdraw, is the registration fee refundable?
All registrations are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your registration, please contact us at sseguin@en-coeur.org 

What is the registration deadline?
The deadline for registration is February 12 at 8 p.m.  

Can I attend the event alone?
The event is open to both teams and individuals.

Can I get a tax receipt for my registration fee?
No. Donations can, however.

THE EVENT

Does the event take place in bad weather?
Yes

Can I drop out during the event?
Yes, this is a friendly, non-competitive event.

Will there be food on site?
Yes, the cafeteria in the main chalet will be open all day. You can also bring your own lunch. 

Will there be a checkroom on site?
You can put your coats and bags on the tables. 

Is there a first-aid team on site?
Yes 

Is there a parking lot? 
Yes, the ski area parking lot 

Is there lodging on site?
No, but there are several hotels near the resort. See: https://montsutton.com/hebergements/ 
How do I get to the start site?
Meet at the main chalet at the foot of the slopes.
