Fondation Dr Julien is privileged to count on your support. Thanks to you, Fondation Dr Julien cares for, supports, and equips over 12,000 children facing significant challenges through 45 independent social pediatrics centres located across Quebec.

In recent months, we announced a leadership transition as our co-founders, Dr. Julien and Me Sioui-Trudel, entrusted their administrative responsibilities to their successors. This transition was completed with their full collaboration, ensuring that their vision for social pediatrics continues to thrive.

Our co-founders have expressed their encouragement to relentlessly pursue our mission:
