How to Participate
Take the Challenge, One Step at a Time!
Location: Parc Nature Les Forestiers-de-Saint-Lazare, 2800 Chemin Lotbinière, Saint-Lazare
There are many ways to participate in the Walk. Gather your friends, colleagues and family and form a team, with a goal of collecting $1,000.
As a solo walker, your objective is to raise $200.
You may also sponsor a team or individual walker or donate to the Walk on-line at www.mspvs.org.
The registration period is over.

Join an existing team and let’s all walk together for the cause!
- Walk alone
Register alone and join the others on the day of the walk!
How to participate
You can create a team, join a team or walk alone. Just follow the instructions below.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Please follow the steps below to ensure that we receive your registration:
- As much as possible, avoid leaving several tabs open on your Web browser during the registration process.
- Make sure you complete the registration steps in the order provided.
- Complete the registration process within the required time (you’ll see a timer counting down on the registration page).
- Even if you respect all of these rules, an error message might pop up on the page; if this happens, simply ignore it. If you have successfully registered, you will receive an email confirmation.
- If you need a receipt for income tax purposes, please indicate so in the box reserved for this purpose. The receipt will also be automatically emailed to you.
- If you do not receive the email confirmation or the receipt, check your Junk mail.
