 Respite and recreation program

During an accident, it is not just the person who suffers a head injury who suffers, but everyone around them. Over the years, the Martin-Matte Foundation has become an essential reference for helping people living with head trauma. In addition to Maisons Martin-Matte, the Martin-Matte Foundation finances, among other things, therapies, day camps and sports and artistic workshops adapted for people living with head trauma or a physical disability. Essential, respite programs allow caregivers to take a well-deserved break while those affected participate in activities organized especially for them. These programs break the social isolation suffered by families, while considerably improving their daily lives and helping to improve the self-esteem of participants.
