Pearson School of Culinary Arts produces 6,032 portions in two days!

On Tuesday, March 18, Pearson School of Culinary Arts launched its production for the Solidarity Kitchen-Next Generation program, aiming to produce an impressive 6,000 portions over two days. In the end, 6,032 portions were produced by 77 students from 4 different groups!
On the first day of production, La Gazette de Montreal and Global News were present to support this initiative. Teachers and students were happy to participate and shared their enthusiasm, creatively adapting the recipe to fit their logistical needs.
This project not only nourishes those in need but also provides valuable experience for the next generation of chefs.
