L’École Hôtelière Fierbourg works to meet food security needs

This year, L’École Hôtelière Fierbourg has doubled its meal production goal and reached 5000 portions. The school is very aware of the ever-growing challenges that come with food security as well as environmental challenges. To understand the point of views of each participant, watch the testimonials of Nathalie, a commited teacher, on CPAM Radio, and the one of the production team by TVA.
Friday, March 21st, the school finalized its production of 5280 portions. The meals will be given to Moisson Québec that will redistribute them to people in need.
