Cooking to give back, that’s the philosophy that guided the students at CCNB - Edmundston campus this week of March 17th, 2025.
The brigade of 14 students of the Culinary Arts and Professional Cooking program made no less than 2000 servings in 4 days! An important gesture for them, as well as everyone that will enjoy these meals.
In the article published on the TELEGRAPH-JOURNAL, the chef Sylvain Boucher explains: ‘Offering a helping hand to our community is a source of pride for our students. Knowing that their work makes a difference is motivating, it touches everyone.’ Here are some pictures of the production:
