500 portions for the 3rd edition of the SKNG at Université Laval - NUTRISS / INAF

Many schools and establishments participate each year with enthousiasm in the Solidarity Kitchen-Next Generation, that’s the case for Université Laval in Québec that put to contribution the students of Centre Nutrition, santé et société (NUTRISS). This entity of the Institut sur la nutrition et les aliments fonctionnels (INAF) works in training the future generations of professionals in healthy eating habits, innovating in nutrition and promote wellness.
They count 200 students, including 30 that mobilized to cook 500 portions of vegetarian chili that were given to Moisson Québec the day after their production.
