The Centre 24 juin prepares 7000 portions for the Solidarity Kitchens

This March 13th, the Centre 24 juin of Sherbrooke started their production of 7000 portions of vegetarian chili, for their 20th participation in the Solidarity Kitchens. Eighteen students enthusiastically got to work to contribute to this great initiative. 


The portions were then given to Moisson Estrie. Their manager, Christian Bibeau, was present on the first day to meet students, talk with them about the program’s impact and thank them for their involvement.


The Radio-Canada Estrie team was also present on site to cover the event. They were able to exchange with students, teachers and Tablée des Chefs representatives.
