Join your colleagues for 6 H En Coeur 2025

We're delighted to invite you to take part in the 6 H En Coeur, a dynamic and engaging sporting event that will bring together families and businesses in our region for a day of camaraderie and support for a good cause.The 6H En Coeur offers a unique opportunity to strengthen bonds within your team while promoting the health and well-being of your employees. Whether you're a large corporation, a promising start-up or a non-profit organization, this event is an ideal opportunity to promote team spirit, fitness and a sense of community.

All funds raised will be donated to the En Coeur Foundation to support children with heart disease and their families. We firmly believe that your participation in the 6 H En Coeur will add a significant dimension to your commitment to the well-being of your employees and your involvement in the local community. Take your corporate social responsibility (CSR) to heart and join us for a run or a walk.

TURNKEY CORPORATE PACKAGE :

$1,500 (6 participants)

By joining the corporate package, your company will enjoy the following benefits:

  • 6 participations in the 6H En Coeur, to enable you to take part with your colleagues
  • 6 6H shirts with your company's name, offering visibility for your company (must be ordered 1 month in advance)
  • 6 En Coeur scarves (buffs).
  • 6 En Coeur pencils will be given as gifts to your team.
  • Your company's name will be displayed on the registration platform, highlighting your participation.
  • Your presence will be acknowledged by our host during the event.
  • An acknowledgement of your presence will be posted on our social networks, highlighting your support.
  • An official team photo will be taken to immortalize your participation.
  • Your presence will be mentioned in an article on our website, acknowledging your commitment.

Visibility for Corporate Businesses On-Site.

A corporate area will be available to you and clearly marked on the site. Please note that you will be able to set up 1 tent per team (only one).

Here are the specifications for the tent:

  • Maximum size of 10' x 10'
  • No anchoring to the ground (you must use sandbags for stability in case of wind)

Please be aware that you can have a tent with your company's branding, but it will be prohibited to distribute promotional items or conduct activations to promote your services. If you wish for this type of visibility, please refer to the partnership plan.

Important: This one-time registration for your company includes the participation of your 6 colleagues. No individual account is required.
