On August 3rd 2025 I will be racing in my first full distance Ironman event in Ottawa. This will be the first Ironman race in Ottawa. The race consists of a 3.9km swim, a 180.2km bike and a marathon to finish it off (42.2km) for a total of 226.3km. My goal is to complete it in under 13hrs. Through the 9 months of training I will be doing in order to prepare for this race, I'd like to raise funds for the Fondation des Grand-Brulés. As a firefighter for the city of Montreal, this is a cause that is important to me and very relevant to my job. Thanks for supporting me!

Le 3 Aout 2025, je vais participer a ma première course Ironman à Ottawa. Cette course sera la première course Ironman dans la capitale du Canada. La course consiste de 3.9km de nage, 180.2km de vélo, et un marathon (42.2km de course), pour un total de 226.3km. Mon but est de le compléter en moins de 13 heures. A travers mes 9 mois d'entrainement pour cet évènement, j'aimerais amasser des fonds pour la Fondation des Grands Brulés. Étant pompière a la ville de Montréal, c'est une cause qui me tient a coeur.
