I’m taking part in the Les Grands Ballets Dance-a-thon to support the National Centre for Dance Therapy (CNDT), whose mission places dance at the service of well-being, health, and inclusion. The CNDT makes dance accessible to people experiencing vulnerability or marginalization, using it as a powerful tool for expression and transformation.

Through its social and therapeutic interventions, training activities, and research projects, the CNDT demonstrates the tangible impact of dance as a means of prevention, care, and personal development. By taking on this challenge, I wish to support a mission that is both human-centred and essential.
