Over 20,000 Meals Cooked by the École hôtelière de la Montérégie

Between April 7 and 11, the École hôtelière de la Montérégie took on an ambitious challenge: preparing over 20,000 portions of vegetarian tofu chili. A total of 38 students, accompanied by 2 chef instructors, worked tirelessly to provide meals for those in need.

This is the largest production of the 2025 edition of Cuisines Solidaires – Relève Edition!

The project is part of a broader solidarity initiative, and the meals were donated to Moisson Rive-Sud for distribution. It allowed the young participants to witness the impact of their efforts in the fight against food insecurity, while also putting their culinary skills into practice.
