Solidarity in Action at CFP L’Émergence

On March 31, the vocational education center L’Émergence hosted a day of culinary solidarity, during which 83 participants prepared over 1,000 portions of vegetarian tofu chili. These young individuals, primarily students in training, used their skills in service of the community.

The prepared meals were donated to Moisson Laurentides, which will handle their distribution to people in need. This project gave students a hands-on experience that combined professional training with social engagement—a great example of the next generation of culinary professionals taking part in local solidarity efforts.
