4 Hours to Produce and Package 1,000 Portions at Cégep de Limoilou

Getting everything done in just 4 hours — cooking, packaging, and labeling — was the challenge taken on by the students in the Restaurant Management program at Cégep de Limoilou!


And they pulled it off brilliantly! As mentioned in the article posted on the school’s blog (you can check it out here), "For our first-year students, it was a really interesting experience because it's pretty rare to prepare so many portions of the same recipe in such a short time. One of the learning goals was to teach them how to adjust their techniques and equipment to meet the challenge."
