La Tablée des Chefs Rallies in Québec City and Longueuil for Solidarity Kitchens

As part of the Solidarity Kitchen – Next Generation, our culinary schools are coming together with heart and purpose to fight food insecurity.

At our Québec City cooking school, located at the Grand Marché, 1,202 meals were prepared and delivered to Moisson Québec. The effort was led by our in-house chef Caroline Giguère, with the invaluable support of around 20 dedicated volunteers. This initiative is a natural extension of our training and community engagement mission.

Meanwhile, over at our Longueuil cooking school, the momentum continued. 1,264 meals were cooked and will be delivered to Hoodstock. The day was led by Cristel, chef at La Tablée, with a team of 5 volunteers lending their time and talent.
