​​​​​​​​​​​​​​5 students prepared 1998 portions at the CF Côte de Gaspé!

Since 2008, the CF Côte de Gaspé participates in the Solidarity Kitchen-Next Generation to redistribute to people in need. This year, it’s Accueil Blanche-Goulet that gave the portions to organizations and people in need in Gaspésie.

The chef and teacher, André Lagacé, explains that in the purpose of apprehending large quantity production, the SKNG give the opportunity to put the theory in practice. The goal is to show that we have to work differently with a bigger production, it all starts with planning.
